Cover Wallet is an insurance agency established in 2013 by Inaki Berenguer and Rashmi Melgiri. Cover Wallet is headquartered in New York City and has an extra office in Madrid.[1][2][3]

Cover Wallet gives an attendant service to entrepreneurs to purchase and deal with their business protection, all on the web. The organization expects to restate the way individuals manage protection, making it a simpler and more straightforward process.[4]

In order to achieve its goal Cover Wallet is organized in three primary elements:

  • Advice: here users can identify which products they need and how much will it cost, based on the nature and size of their business
  • Quoting: by introducing further details about their business, users’ insurance requests will be directed to the most appropriate insurance carrier, providing an answer within hours.
  • Administration system: Once their policy is approved users can manage their policy and get certificates of insurance directly from one place.[5]

Cover Wallet prime supporters Inaki Berenguer and Rashmi Melgiri met while they were ready to go school at MIT Sloan School of Management. Inaki went ahead to establish the new companies Pixable and Klink, which were procured by SingTel and Fuze separately.

The Cover Wallet stage went live in mid 2016 and invited Jim Ermilio as President of Insurance soon thereafter.

Cover Wallet was named number 356 in the "Best Entrepreneurship Companies in America" by Entrepreneur Magazine, as a component of their 2016 Entrepreneurs 360™ List.[6][7]

In 2017, Cover Wallet got the honor for “Best InsurtechSolution” at the 2017 Benzinga Global FinTech Awards.[8]
