Abbey Abimbola (born 2 November 1980), better known as Crackydon is a Nigerian actor based in Malaysia.
Life and education[edit]
Abbey Abimbola is an indigene of Osun state. He was born in Lagos State, Nigeria. Had a degree in Olabisi Onabanjo University before moving to Malaysia.[1]
Career[edit]
Crackydon started his acting career from Nigeria. He got his first shot into the industry with a role in "Heart Amending", a movie produced by Legendary actor director F. Olu Michaels.[2][2] Since then, he has played roles in several Nollywood movies like last minute, conscripted amongst others.[3][4]
His first attempt was India Bollywood where he was constantly rejected for not having enough experience and major work to credit to his name.[2][5] As a producer, Abbey Abimbola has directed movie like "One Blood".[6][7] In 2020, he produced a movie titled "Blackout" featuring A-list actors; Segun Arinze, Ayo Mogaji, Shotayo Shobola, Murphy Afolabi, Sanyeri, Toyin Alausa amongst others.[8]
Personal life[edit]
Crackydon said that having tattoos all over his body makes him look tough.[9] He is married to a Malaysian woman and the couple have a son.[10] He made headlines when he declared his love for controversial Big Brother Naija (season 4) housemate, Natacha Akide popularly known as Tacha.[11]
