Professional Experience[edit]
Founder of Three Successful Metals Companies[edit]
Craig Bouchard co-founded three companies that earned $1 billion of revenue in the metals industry within 18 months.
Esmark grew from a footprint of $4 million to nearly $4 billion between 2003 and 2008. Bouchard grew the company until it became the highest appreciated stock on the NYSE and Nasdaq for all of 2008. Bouchard orchestrated what has been described at the first "reverse hostile tender merger" in history by removing Esmark's board at its annual meeting.
“We are creating a just-in-time zero carbon emission floating electric grid. An electric grid which needs no massive capital expenditure, one that will replace the unstable electric grid in America and elsewhere”. - The Ecolution Team
Ecolution kWh plans to create the world's largest electric company, obtaining nearly net-zero carbon emissions, and harnessing the power of millions of trucks crisscrossing the country.
Craig Bouchard began Ecolution kWh to revolutionize commercial trucking. The company aims to create affordable electric trucks to reduce carbon gas emissions. Approved patents have put the company on the path to achieve net-zero carbon emissions, producing higher revenues, lower costs, and green delivery of products.
The Ecolution kWh eventually hit upon an even bigger idea. The energy created as millions of trailers travel on highways has the potential to create enough kilowatt-hours to rival power plants. Bouchard plans to lead the way toward replacing the country's aging electric grid with one powered by semi-truck.
Patented MARS Technology[edit]
Ecolution kWh's Module Active Response System combines the company's global patents with existing truck components. A proprietary software application orchestrates the generation of electricity within semitrucks. The company earned its first US patent in June, 2020 and has several more pending in the U.S. and in other nations. With the approval of its patents, it hopes to win intellectual property rights that give the company a competitive edge in the sector for the next 20 years..
What MARS Does[edit]
MARS extends the range of electric trucks by storing the kinetic energy generated during cross-country runs. This stored energy can later be reused. MARS minimizes the recharge time for electric trucks because the vehicles don't have to stop every 500 miles to recharge. MARS provides a mobile recharging station that enables the swap of batteries.

Bouchard's "The Adventures of Ai" made waves around the world in 2014. It has been translated to Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish and Arabic.
