Craig Duffy is a former Australian professional pool and snooker champion who turned into entrepreneurial investor and businessman. He is a founder and chief executive officer(CEO) of Duffy Investment Group, which is a boutique investment firm with a hands-on approach.
Sports Career[edit]
In 1990, Craig won titles of Australian Open Snooker Championship, Australian Snooker Championship, Fred Osbourne Memorial Snooker and Winfield State Snooker Championship in 1992.[1][2][3]
Duffy reached semi-finals of the WPA World Nine-ball Championship twice, in 1995 and 1996. In 1995, He finished third in the WPA World Nine-ball Championship, which was held in Taipei, Taiwan. The event was won by Germany's Oliver Ortmann.[4]
In 1996, He has reached the semi-finals with finished fourth in 1996 WPA World Nine-ball Championship after losing to Ralf Souquet, who went on to win.[4]
Craig reached the finals of Australian National Snooker Championship in 1996 but was beaten by Stan Gorski, with second-place finishes.[1]He also placed second in Aussie Millions Poker Championship twice, in 2014 and 2015.[5]

Business career[edit]
Duffy co-founded Tomato Technologies in the late 1990s with his business partner Jamieson Pickering.[6] Duffy was CEO of Tomato Technologies from the early 2000s.[7] In 2004, he was listed in Business Review Weekly's Young Rich List with a reported personal wealth of A$14 million. Duffy stepped down from the role in 2006.[8]
He later became a property investor.[9][10][11]
