Craig Nassi is an American businessman. He is the founder and CEO of BCN Development, a real estate company.[1][2][3][4]
Early life and education
Nassi was born in New York City. He graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in Liberal arts and sciences in 1991. He received a master's degree in education from University of Northern Colorado in 1994.[5]
Career
Nassi began his career as a teacher at Denver Public Schools, where he taught for four years after graduating from Colorado State University.[citation needed] In 1994, he founded BCN Development.[6][7][8][9] The New York City-based company, which develops real estate and sells and repositions commercial and multifamily assets, is legally traded [clarification needed] as BCN Development LLC.[10][11][12]
In early 2018, Nassi was in contract to purchase Union Theological Seminary’s dormitory for US$50 million but the building was acquired by Riverside Church for US$46.5 million.[13][14]
