Cralosophus is a monotypic genus of nematode in the family Cosmocercidae, the sole member is Cralosophus jackforsteriensis. The genus and the species was first described by Rhys A. Costellow in June 2020, it was isolated from the gut of a species of bee (Megachile rotundata), it was discovered in Kingston-upon-Hull in England and named after a teacher in his school who sadly passed away in 2002. Two other specimens were found inside a horse-chesnut leaf miner moth, subspecies aesculi, and a housefly, subspecies musca.
