Products[edit]
Creatio is a Software as a service (SaaS), No-code platform for workflow automation, process management and CRM (customer relationship management).[15] It can be used to automate business tasks, implement rules and develop third party integrations.[16] The framework is built in .NET, with customizations and scripts developed either in C# (server-side code) or JavaScript (client-side code).[15]
In addition to its Studio Creatio (no-code platform), Creatio offers three CRM applications: Sales Creatio (sales force automation software), Marketing Creatio (marketing automation tool) and Service Creatio (help desk software).[16][17] There is also a Studio Creatio Free, a free tool for managing business processes and building applications.[18][19]
Studio Creatio combines a range of no-code tools that enable users to create business applications. It provides integration capabilities (.Net tools, REST, SOAP, OData, open API), identity and access management, and organization structure management.
The most recent version of the Creatio platform (8.0.8 Atlas) was released in April 2023.[20] Creatio 8 Atlas features major enhancements and upgrades including a consolidated No-Code Designer, an elevated canvas-style UI designer (Freedom UI Designer), and a composable approach to building applications:
- No-Code Designer ― a module that consolidates all application design tools and facilitates the design and launch of applications for business users.
- Freedom UI Designer ― a completely new framework for UI/UX configuration that empowers no-code developers to design an interface of any type enabling a maximum degree of freedom.
- Composable Approach ― an innovation that enables no-code developers to use composable elements at each stage of the development process.
