CroudiWebs means "The Auto Generate Traffic", is an Indian online platform for Croudies (Freelancers). Anyone can create an account as a freelancer or client on this platform. Skilled, educated, professional freelancers are working on CroudiWebs. And clients can get their work done with these talented freelancers. There are no charges from the client for posting jobs. CroudiWebs has created a bridge between freelancers and clients.

History

CroudiWebs was founded by Bikram Mandal. "Any platform like this should be started from big cities!" Bikram did not want to accept this idea. He thought that if you want to start something, firstly you need an idea, even if you don't have crores in your pocket.

In 2021 he started working on CroudiWebs at the age of only 19. He follows the rest of the freelancer sites (Freelancers, Upworks, Fiverr, etc). After doing good research, he made a system himself. He knew that this project would require a lot of money. So he joined a company called "ZamWays". After working in that company for a few months, he saved some money. After he mentioned his project to Pijush Biswas (CFO) and Arindam Biswas (Director), they expressed their willingness to work on the project. Then they implemented this project together. Bikram built his first office in the room where he lived on rent. CroudiWebs had only 4 employees including Bikram Mandal, founder and CEO of CroudiWebs.

At the end of 2023, they published the official site of CroudiWebs. Now CroudiWebs has about 10K users. And the number of these users is increasing day by day.

How is the company earning?

Any client posts his job on the official website of CroudiWebs. Freelancers send requests to clients for these posted jobs. The client selects a suitable freelancer and gets his work done properly. After the freelancer completes the work, the client pays the freelancer's fee to the company. The company keeps its commission (up to 17%) and pays the rest of the fee to the freelancers. Here the client is getting suitable, trustworthy people for his job, and freelancers are getting various projects and money by doing their jobs. The total market size of the freelance industry is about USD 4.39 billion.. ^[1]
