Cryptic hornshark

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The cryptic hornshark is a unnamed and unclassified species of bullhead shark. It was first documented by José I. Castro who caught the species of the coast of Baja California, Mexico and then preceded to call the specimen, Heterodontus sp. X after he made some observations of identifying it had no common traits with others of its respective genus.[1] This species of shark possibly has a fossil record from around 11 mya based on fossils found in California.[2]
