Crystal Jiang Xinrong is the co-founder and partner of DL Holdings Group, as well as the honorary chairman of the board and non-executive director of DL Holdings(1709.HK).

Ms. Crystal Jiang has over 18 years of experience in the financial and media industry.  In 2011, Ms. Jiang founded DL Family Office which is the first cross-border family office in China. Being a multi-family office, DL Family Office provides a full range of financial services including asset management, corporate finance, trust and tax planning, family governance, Lifestyle Concierge, philanthropy, etc.

DL Holdings Group Limited, founded by Crystal Jiang, listed on the Hong Kong Main Board in 2020. As the chairman of the board and executive director of DL Holdings, she initiated the acquisition of DL Family Office and upgrade strategic planning.

Prior to founding DL Family Office, Ms. Jiang was a Senior Vice President of J.P. Morgan Private Bank covering Hong Kong and mainland China. Prior to her role at J.P. Morgan, Ms. Jiang was the Senior Vice President of Standard Chartered Private Bank and HSBC Private Bank.

Ms. Jiang was the Champion of “Miss Chinese Cosmo Pageant 2003” and was a TV host at Phoenix Television, anchoring financial, current-affairs and social programs.

She is now the Honorary President of Hong Kong Island Women’s Association, the founding member of PBEC (Pacific Basin Economic Council) China Chapter and serves as a board director and the founding member of Investment Migration Council (IMC). She also won “Outstanding Female Business Leaders Award 2021”.[1]

Ms. Jiang is an alumni of Harvard University, she graduated from AMDP Real Estate of Harvard University. She holds a master’s degree in Media Management and Social Science from Hong Kong Baptist University and a bachelor’s degree of Arts in Communication, International Journalism and English Broadcasting from Communication University of China.
