Crystalbet was founded in 2011.[1]
In 2018, the 51% share of Crystalbet was obtained by the holding company Entain Holdings PLC,[2] listed in the TOP 100 of the London Stock Exchange. The remaining 49% share was acquisitioned in 2021, consequently establishing the full control over the company.
In 2018, Crystalbet became the poker partner of Partypoker.[3]
In February 2018, Crystalbet become general sponsor of football club Torpedo Kutaisi.[4]
In 2019 Crystalbet emerged as the Georgian National Football League sponsor, since when the championship is named Crystalbet National League.[5]
In 2021 the all-time world record-holder, the weightlifter Lasha Talakhadze became Crystalbet official face.[6]
