Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". The purpose of crystals is to allow the energy of crystals to flow within your own bodily energy to create balance and alignment. There are several different uses for crystals and each crystal inhabits different properties as well as different abilities. There are crystals with healing purposes, some allow for higher focus, some can lift vibrations and heighten mood and many have the ability to relieve blockages of the Chakras. Some people also use crystals for spell cast and various 'magical' practices. But this does not mean that crystals are considered a religious component for everybody, there is no limit to crystal use. Crystals are formed in various different ways, crystallization, cooling of lava and so on. Some healing crystals include Amethyst, Clear Quarts, Citrine, and Moonstone. These crystals have energy within them that can allow for healing of the mindset as well as relieving blockages within energy centers. Crystals are currently in high market as the younger generations have begun to normalize the spiritual aspects of crystal use. Many people today use healing crystals daily as well as wear them on their bodies for protection and other reasons. If a person is interested in finding a crystal or even beginning practice with them it is as easy as finding a local metaphysical shop and allowing yourself to feel which crystal you are pulled to. Your energy naturally will line up with a crystal and this way you know it is supposed to be with you.
