CultWine was founded in 2005 by Leo E. Fenn III and is headquartered in Newport Coast, CA. The company is owned by its parent entity Fenn & Associates, LLC, established in 2003, which is one of the largest vintage and rare wine international wine wholesalers in the world. The company started its operations in Southern California and quickly expanded across North America by 2006. After opening international offices and warehouses, the company expanded its operations worldwide and began importing & exporting wines all over the world.
