Cutfather & Joe was a Danish songwriting and production duo active in the 1990s and 2000s, consisting of Cutfather (Mich Hedin Hansen) and Joe Belmaati.
They produced and remixed songs for many artists; many of which were top 10 hit singles on the UK Singles Chart, including several number-ones. These include "Return of the Mack" by Mark Morrison (1996), "Loving Every Minute" by Lighthouse Family (1996), "Love II Love" (1996) and "Love Guaranteed" (1997) by Damage, "You're the One I Love" by Shola Ama" (1997), "I Know Where It's At" by All Saints (1997), "When the Lights Go Out" by Five (1998), "Be Alone No More" and "Freak Me" by Another Level (1998), "Girlfriend" by Billie (1998), "Cruel Summer" by Ace of Base (1998), "Love on the Line" by Blazin' Squad (2002), and "Superstar" by Jamelia (2003).[1]
Other artists they wrote, produced and remixed for include Peter Andre, Ace of Base, Eternal, B*Witched, Westlife, Blue, Atomic Kitten, Sweet Female Attitude, the Corrs, Christina Aguilera, Pauline Henry, Shayne Ward, 3SL, Lee Ryan, Lemar, Brandy, Keith Sweat, Terri Walker, Kylie Minogue, Kristine Blond, Los Umbrellos and the Saturdays.[2]
