History[edit]
CyberFM launched in 2007 on Long Island, NY by James Tylee, an executive on Wall St with a side career in FM Radio. In November 2008, CyberFM launched a concert named "The Correction Before The Election" which was created to assist Wall St employees affected by the Great Recession by providing free admission to furloughed staff of any firm and Recruiters in the industry. To this day, long time listeners often refer to CyberFM as "Wall St Radio."
Since 2012, CyberFM has been grandfathered in to the Stitcher platform as live streaming radio.[3][4]
