CSS Corp was founded in 1996 with its headquarters located in Milpitas, USA.[3][4]
In 2010, CSS Corp acquired Glow networks, Aliquo solutions and InteQ to further add to its capability around network and carrier support services.[5] In 2011, TG Ramesh (Tiger) was appointed as the global CEO of CSS Corp.[6]
In 2013, Partners Group, the Switzerland-based private market investment company acquired a majority stake in CSS Corp to the tune of $270 million.[7][8] In 2016, Manish Tandon was appointed the CEO of CSS Corp.[9][10]
CSS Corp is a member of the United Nations Global Compact and has aligned its operations and strategies with universally accepted CSR principles.[11]

In 2006, SAIF Partners invested $22.5 million in CSS Corp.[12] In 2007, CSS Corp raised a $25 million round in 2007 led by Goldman Sachs.[13] The Venture capital firm; Sierra Ventures also holds a stake in the company.[14]

CSS CORP offers technology support services to companies in areas of Customer Experience Services, Enterprise Support Services Network services, Digital Transformation Services, GIS Services, Cloud and infrastructure management.[15][16][17]
