D'Anthony Palms (born December 22, 1984), is an American actor, songwriter, and entrepreneur.
Born and raised in Humble, Texas, D'Anthony began his acting career in 2007 in Austin, Texas while attending Texas State University and pursuing a degree in Theatre and Mass Communication. He signed with a local talent agency and landed a role in the Independent feature Kabluey, produced by Jeff Balis starring Lisa Kudrow. Soon after, came his first TV debut as Ashton on NBC's Friday Night Lights (TV series) developed by Peter Berg. In 2008 he gained world recognition for his unforgettable cameo as the Light Skinned Airport Security Guard in Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay directed by Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg starring John Cho and Kal Penn. After filming three major roles and graduating from Texas State University, D'Anthony moved to Los Angeles, CA and immediately booked a role in Easy A starring Emma Stone. From there he booked roles on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, NCIS (TV series), Tyler Perry's House of Payne, MTV's Awkward (TV series), HBO's Luck (TV series) with Dustin Hoffman, and in 2015, guest starred on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (season 10) with Danny DeVito.
D'Anthony's music career took off in 2015 and he began working with music producer Ron Aniello. He worked with Shania Twain on her comeback album Now (Shania Twain album) specifically on her single Swingin' with My Eyes Closed. In 2018 D'Anthony featured on Swiss artist Bastian Baker's single 'Yokko'.
