DFQ is a British amateur comedy podcast created and hosted by Lucjan Kaliniecki and Theo Gregory. First released on June 10, 2012,[1] new episodes are posted irregularly and involve the hosts discussing segments such as World Weekly News and Theo's Conundrum.
Content
Each episode usually begins with an audible sigh, usually from Lucjan. The podcast then progresses with free-form conversation around set topics.
World Weekly News
World Weekly News is always the first segment of each podcast. The presenters take turns to share news or tidbits from their lives with each other and the audience. The name of the segment is ironic; the news shared is neither worldly (reflecting the self-centred nature of the presenters) nor weekly (the podcast is published infrequently and not according to a schedule).
Theo's Question for the Public/ of the Day, or Theo's Conundrum
In this segment Theo poses a question first to Lucjan, who attempts to answer it, then to the listening audience. Questions are usually cryptic or abstract in nature. The method by which listeners can respond is usually unclear due to the presenters' lack of confidence in the show's email address. Suggestions on how to answer the questions have ranged from yelling it out the window or thinking really hard so that one of the presenters could receive the answer in their dreams through telepathy.
