DHA Lahore is a residential neighbourhood or a housing society located in Lahore within the Lahore Cantonment area. DHA Lahore has an approximate population of around 150,000.[1]
It was originally established as a residential town for retired military personnel by the Armed Forces of Pakistan Welfare Department in the mid-1950s, however, currently, the majority are civilian families that reside in this town.[2]
DHA Lahore is managed by the Pakistan Army. Its Chairman Hamood uz Zaman Khan, is a retired Pakistan Army Lieutenant General.[3]
