DJ Alexander Technique
DJ Alexander Technique (aka Alexander Sanchez) is an American techno and house music DJ, record producer[1] and remixer.
Early Life
Alexander was born in Elizabeth, NJ on November 13, 1975 to Cuban immigrants. He began his music career at age 16.
Career
Alexander had his first house music single, "Where You Are[2]" alongside Junior Sanchez and Harry Romero released on Size Records. In 2001, he along with Princess Superstar created the DJ group DJs Are Not Rockstars launching his first world tour. Since then he released original music and remixes on multiple electronic music genres including Techno, House, Soulful House and Tech House. His productions can be found on music labels including Ministry of Sound, Inhouse Records, Dopewax Records, Nervous Records, Terminator Records and Giggolo Records including collaborations with house music artists including Todd Terry, Arthur Baker, Felix Da Housecat, Roland Clark, Inaya Day, Shawnee Taylor and Michael Moog. He launched his own record labels including D.A.N.R (DJs Are Not Rockstars) Music which included releases by artists Sia, Lauren Flax, Zoo Brazil and Larry Tee.
