Timothy Sabuta commonly known by his stage name DJ LaTimmy (sometimes stylized as LaTimmy) is a Botswana disk jockey, record producer and an entrepreneur from Kasane in Botswana.[1][2] DJ LaTimmy is known for being an inhouse disk jockey for Botswana Television and for his talent in song writing, dance and design.[3]
Life and career
DJ LaTimmy was born in Kasane, Botswana. Thereafter, he relocated to Francistown in 2003 to begin his career as a disk jockey. He continued his career by relocating to Gaborone where he became a tour disk jockey for Mascom, BTC and Orange Botswana and got the chance to solidify his career by collaborating with prominent Botswana figures such as Vee Mampeezy and Charma Gal.[4] DJ LaTimmy is also an inhouse disk jockey for the national television program Flava Dome on Botswana Television.[5]
Personal life
DJ LaTimmy is married to Kesego Sabuta and they are known to keep their relationship private.[6][4]
