DJ Ocyn aka Nicholas Nathaniel Pratama Budiman, (born 3 September 2003) is an Indonesian DJ and music producer.[1] In 2022, DJ Ocyn has released 5 music singles. One of the singles that is currently popular with his fans is "Toki Toki Werk".[2]
Career[edit]
DJ Ocyn got interested in music at a young age. He has started playing music since he was 5 years old. His interest started when he liked and played the piano at school. This is what became the forerunner of him becoming a famous DJ today. Not immediately playing a DJ, at the age of 12, he started to get to know music more intensely by playing guitar and bass. From time to time, increasingly enjoying the world of music, finally he likes DJ music.[3]
Nicholas Nathaniel or DJ Ocyn jumped in and appeared as a DJ for the first time at Beer Garage, Gading Serpong in 2020. From here he continued to hone his musical skills until he became a well-known DJ. In fact, his works are increasingly being liked by the public.[4]
After starting to get interested in DJ music, finally in 2021 DJ Ocyn made mixtapes and remixes of songs that managed to grab the attention of music lovers. Of course, lots of remix songs have been released, both on spotify and the YouTube channel. Now Nicholas Nathaniel also has his own record label, namely Getbeat Records.[5]
Toki Toki Werk is the title of the new single by combining Latin songs and breaks.[6] Comes with the unique characteristics of DJ Ocyn. Currently, he has become a DJ who is quite well known by the people of Indonesia, especially in Jakarta and Tangerang.[7]
