The DNRT Peugeot 206 GTi Cup is a Dutch entry-level racing series started in 2017. The series utlilizes the Peugeot 206 GTi as a base, with all necessary safety requirements fitted and minimum racing adjustments made to keep the racing cost effective. The series races at Dutch National Racing Team events in the Netherlands and Belgium.[1]
The racing season consists out of 6 events per year, held at Circuit Zandvoort, TT Circuit Assen and Circuit Zolder. Over 100 206 GTi Cup cars have been build, and since 2017 over 150 drivers have made their racing debut in the 206 GTi Cup.[2]
