DUNE is a French-Asian fusion restaurant located in Paradise Island, Bahamas at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, and founded by Jean-Georges Vongerichten. DUNE opened on February 20th, 2000, and seats 40. The restaurant is built in a British-Colonial style and the interior was done by Jeffrey Beers International.[1] A Versailles-style Garden is attached.[2]
Staff
Lester Dean was appointed executive chef in March 2025, after previously working there five years earlier as chef de cuisine.[3] Shaniqua Darling took over as chef de cuisine after his departure.[4]
