Radyo 104 (DWER 104.1 MHz) is an FM station owned and operated by Kaissar Broadcasting Network. Its studios and transmitter are located at 4th floor, Power Mall, Bantug Hi-Way, Roxas, Isabela.[1][2]

- 2005 - Started as Rock 104, the only station in the region with a Modern Rock format.
- August 2013 - Rebranded as Radyo 104 with a Masa format.
