Daanish Hussain is a international businessman, and has held various roles at Avanade, Goldman Sachs, Vodafone Business and Qelp.[1]

Early life[edit]

He competed in domestic level cricket with the Lancashire cricket board

Hussain was awarded with the scholarship of excellence to enable him to pursue an MBA in International Business.

He earned a dual honouree degree in computer science and corporate finance from the University of Edinburgh in 2020. He is a Certified Leadership Consultant.

Career[edit]

He has worked for Avanade, University of Bolton, Goldman Sachs, Vodafone Business and Qelp rising to lead analyst for the EMEA region.

He has has almost 5 years of experience in Equity Research, working for bulge bracket names ranging from Goldman Sachs to Avanade. He has covered stocks across a broad range of sectors, including Financials, Tech and Real Estate, with market cap ranging from $25m to >$100bn. Daanish is part of the board that governs Epic equity as a non-executive director.

In 2021, Hussain became the lead investment banking analyst and non-executive director of Epic Equity and joined the company's board.

Outside of his career, Hussain participates in a lot of philanthropic work providing educational resources to the most needy enabling them to have access to good quality education.
