Daaru Salaam University[1] [2] (Arabic: جــــــامــعــة دار ســــلام, Somali: Jaamacadda Daaru Salaam) is an accredited non-governmental university in Mogadishu, Somalia.
The University of Daaru Salaam University was founded after the civil war in Somalia. In 2012, Some of Somali scholars decided to establish the University of Daaru Salaam. However, in 2012, the university opened with 200 students, And two Faculties acourding Faculty of Business and management and Faculty of computer science. After 8 years Daaru Salaam University has seven faculties.
