Dale Pierre Layman
Dale Pierre Layman (born July 3, 1948) is an American medical educator and writer.[1]
Layman graduated with a BS in Life Science from Lake Michigan College in 1968, and a MS in Physiology at University of Michigan Medical School in 1974. He received a Ph.D. is Physiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1986 for a thesis "The runner : a profile of injury and addiction" [2] He was also a Teaching Fellow of Human Physiology from 1972 to 1974 at Michigan.
He has written several books in the Demystified series; the only one in a significant number of libraries (1223, according to WorldCat) is Biology demystified (McGrawHill, 2003). [3]
