From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Dan Lirette (born November 2, 1976) is a Canadian business owner, church planter, and pastor. Lirette has won numerous awards for his work in search engine optimization and website development, including Best Development Agency from Moz as well as Three Best Rated for two consecutive years.

Business career[edit]

Dan Lirette founded Dantek Digital in 2008 as well as Dantek Solutions. Lirette's most successful venture to date is in search engine optimization, being Atlantic Canada's leading SEO Professional for over a decade.

Church planting, ministry and pastoral career[edit]

He planted and pastored Revival House Fellowship in 2011 in his home until his home outgrew the membership. A second church was planted in Moncton, New Brunswick, to accommodate the growing numbers as well as a House of Prayer in Riverview, New Brunswick. Controversy erupted over Lirette's leadership style when one of the church's Pastors asked Dan to step down and leave the church. After seeking to negotiate and bring unity among leadership, Dan felt that it was in his best interest to leave. The Pastor and Dan sought to reconcile early on but that attempt failed. They have not spoken since.

In June of 2018, Dan held a city-wide Revival Conference featuring worship singer Michelle Ackerson, Pastor Daniel Jalbert and Pastor Randy Downing. It was at this Conference that he stepped down from Pastoral Ministry and Church Planting to focus on personal renewal. At the time of the church split to the time of the Conference, he had burned out as several aggravating factors came into play, forcing him to take a step back and re-evaluate his priorities, both personally and professionally.

In 2019, Dan once again stepped into ministry, howbeit different than his past endeavours, in the release of a documentary on a local cult in Moncton, New Brunswick, called The Harvest House. The documentary, titled "The Other Side", received widespread distribution online and in it's first week saw over 12 thousand views. In total, combining Youtube and Facebook as of June 2020 there have been just over 50 thousand local views. At the conclusion of the video, BOSS Marketing is named (Dan's company). As a response to the release of the film, a former staff member of the Harvest House, David Farnsworth, whom none in the film have ever met IRL, released a video attacking Dan Lirette's character and personal life. In reaction, Dan released two videos once it was learned that David Farnsworth (also known as SNT DVD) had physically abused his ex-wife and infant child.Dan's song release brought attention to domestic abuse. This would mark the beginning of his stepping back into ministry.

He has consistently stood out as a controversial figure, primarily within the Pentecostal/Charismatic world. A notable event was when he correctly predicted the fall of then City Impact Church Moncton's former senior pastor, Donny Legere. Some have made the claim that he also predicted Covid19 while others claim that he did not predict the virus. His most notable prediction to date is the Donald Trump Prophecy. While some has taken place, there are other aspects to the prediction that have not yet come to pass. This may indicate that Dan Lirette is a false prophet or it may indicate that what he predicted is still for some time in the future.

Meetings where Dan Lirette is the primary speaker rely heavily on prophecy and the word of knowledge. It is said by his supporters that he has never been wrong in a prophecy but this is difficult to affirm as we have no standard in which to measure his ability to accurately predict things.

Personal life[edit]

Dan Lirette was born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada to a French Acadian father and to a mother with British and Jewish lineage. At approximately 8 years of age while living in the Eat End of Moncton, he claims he heard an audible voice call his name twice. He attributes this to being the Voice of God calling him. He would not bne converted until several years subsequent to this event. As a young man growing up, Dan was an alcoholic and drug addict, often getting into trouble with authorities. When he stopped all substance abuse, Probation Services Moncton invited him for a live, on-air interview on College Radio where he shared his faith journey across the Province to each NBCC campus. He is fluent in English and speaks some French. He is married with children.
