Daniel Auragasi

Philip Mitna is the Deputy Commissioner of Police in the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary (RPNGC), and he is responsible for Operations. He comes from Ku village, Kamtai District in the Sinasina Yongomugl electorate in Chimbu Province. Philip Mitna has a PhD in International, Political, and Strategic Studies from The Australia National University in Canberra, Australia. Dr Mitna’s interest areas include international relations, foreign policy, and national security. He also has a Masters in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
