Daniel Hugh Dale is an American actor known for his roles in Your Friends & Neighbors (2025), Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed (2026), and The Shards (2026).

Early life and education

Dale was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. His father is New Zealand actor Alan Dale and his mother is former Miss Australia Tracey Dale.[1] After graduating from Mira Costa High School, he attended New York University as a jazz piano performance major.

Career

In 2025, played Rhys Thurston in a production of the Brandon Jacobs Jenkins play Appropriate at the Old Globe Theatre.[2] Later that year, Dale was cast opposite Jon Hamm in the Apple TV drama Your Friends & Neighbors in a recurring capacity. [3]

He played a recurring role in Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed, an Apple TV series that premiered on May 20, 2026.[4] Dale joined the cast of The Shards on FX, Ryan Murphy's adaptation of the Bret Easton Ellis novel.[5]
