Daniel Sillman[17] is the Chief Executive Officer of Relevent Sports[1], which is responsible for producing the International Champions Cup, an annual football tournament that features the largest European football teams playing pre-season matches in the United States, Europe and Asia. Previously, Sillman served as the Director of Business Development at RSE Ventures[2], the majority owner of Relevent Sports, which is a sports, media and entertainment investment firm founded by Stephen M. Ross and Matt Higgins.

Sillman graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business[3]. In 2010, Sillman founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Compass Management Group[4], a multi-client family office focused on financial planning services for athletes and entertainers including, but not limited to, Draymond Green[5], Brandon Graham, Jurell Casey and Dominic Smith. Sillman brought in former Pistons President and General Manager, as well as Hall of Fame NBA player, Joe Dumars, as a minority partner in 2013 to help focus on building out the resources of Compass Management in major sports leagues. He also brought in Mark Wahlberg as a partner in 2014 to continue to grow entertainment relationships, client investment opportunities and provide increased career and financial guidance to Compass clients. In 2014, Sillman became the Director of Business Development at RSE Ventures. While at RSE, Sillman sourced and managed investments in companies such as NextVR[16], Student Sports[6] and Krossover[7], PureWow[15], and CID Entertainment. In 2016, Sillman sold Compass to the multi-family office group, FFO, where he now serves as a partner and strategic advisor to the founders[8]. In 2017, Sillman became the Chief Executive Officer of Relevent Sports[9] and the International Champions Cup where he is responsible for the growth of the ICC Tournament and building out the multi-vertical global football business. Previously in his role at RSE Ventures, Sillman led the strategy and production around the first ever El Clasico and Manchester Derby to be held in the United States[10].

Sillman currently serves on the advisory board for the Sports Management program at the University of Michigan[11]. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Child Safe foundation, which is a foster care, adoption and mentoring agency working with neglected, abused and at-risk children[11].

Daniel Sillman is the CEO of Relevent Sports and an advisor for the business management firm FFO.[1] He is known for founding Compass Management in 2010, a financial planning service for athletes and entertainers alike.[2] Compass Management's mandate was to set their clients up with long-term financial stability by providing them with services such as tax prepping, estate planning, and credit line establishing.[2]

In 2016, FFO acquired the Compass Management Group.[1] The firm currently works with athletes Draymond Green, Brandon Graham, and Dominic Smith.[1]

Sillman graduated from the University of Michigan and currently serves on the university's Sports Management Advisory Board.[3] As the Business Development Director at RSE Ventures, Sillman sourced, structured, and executed new investment opportunities and managed RSE's portfolio companies as a strategic advisor.[4] These investments include NextVR, Student Sports, Krossover, and PureWow.[1]

As CEO of Relevent Sports, Sillman focuses primarily on the growth of the International Champions Cup Tournament.[3] In 2017, he was responsible for bringing El Clásico to Miami and surrounding the match with concerts and fan festivals.[5] Under Sillman's direction, the International Champions Cup adds the first women's competition to its July 2018 program.[6]
