Daniel Rolph
Daniel Rolph (born 3 October 1989) is a British businessman. He has founded or co-founded several companies in the United Kingdom and internationally, including Stomp Models,[1] Auckland Magazine, and Freelancers. He has been listed on a Rich List four times with a personal fortune of $25 million.[citation needed]
Early life and education
Rolph was born in Suffolk, England where he was raised on the east coast of England. He attended Alde Valley Academy, then went on to start his first online business, Stomp Models. He left and went to Southampton where he worked for several bars, prior to returning to Suffolk to continue his studies.[2][3]
Career
In 2014, at the age of 24, Rolph sold Stomp Models for an undisclosed amount to an American business person. Within 12 months of this sale, Stomp Models was closed due to bad PR and press from The Mirror.[4]
Other companies founded by Rolph include Auckland Magazine and Freelancer.[5]
At the age of 24, Rolph decided to start travelling across New Zealand & Europe and is an avid travel photographer, gaining over 50,000 followers on Instagram.[6]
