Lwando's subjects are often portraits of individuals or families. He also takes inspiration from African wood carvings and masks.[3]
Awards[edit]
- Lwando won the 2009 Zambia National Ngoma award for the category Most Outstanding 2-dimensional Artwork.[4]
- Lwando was a 2005 Ngoma awards finalist for the Aquila Simpasa Award[5]
