Danny Sims (November 9, 1936 – October 3, 2012) was an American music producer, publisher and promoter, most famous for his signing and role in the success of the reggae musician Bob Marley.[1] He also worked with clients like Johnny Nash, Curtis Mayfield, Arethra Franklin, Sam Cooke, and as his agent provided booking for Malcolm X.[2] He was once married to Beverly Johnson.
