Biography[edit]
Rezova Daria Andreevna is a rhythmic gymnast from Sweden. Born on February 25, 2008, in Minnesota, USA, Rezova holds Russian nationality. Raised in a Russian household, she developed an early passion for rhythmic gymnastics and has been in the sport since a young age.
Career[edit]
Beginning her formal training at the age of seven. Rezova has since represented her home club, NEVIS RGK, located in Staffanstorp, in numerous competitions both nationally and internationally.
In 2022 and 2023, Rezova achevied being a two-time Swedish champion for juniors born in 2008, and in 2023 aswell as becoming the best junior born 2008, she was named the best junior rhythmic gymnast in Sweden.
At the Junior Swedish Championships in 2023, Rezova's performances earned her multiple medals. She secured two gold medals, one in the ribbon and one in the ball category, and two silver medals, one in the clubs and one in the hoop category.
At the Junior Swedish Championships 2024 held in Gothenburg, Rezova’s performances, yet again, earned her multiple medals.
In 2024, Rezova secured a gold medal in the all-around competition, which also secured her a spot in all four apparatus finals. The finals led to her earning four gold medals, one in each apparatus.
As Rezova is born in 2008, she will be a senior as of 2025. Meaning she ended her junior carrier with a total of nine individual gold medals from all the Junior Swedish Championships from 2022-2024.
Now as of the new 2025 year, Rezova has landed a spot in the senior Swedish national team of rhythmic gymnastics.
