Darwin's Yearbook is a six-episode compilation spin-off miniseries of the animated comedy television series The Amazing World of Gumball created by Ben Bocquelet, directed by Mic Graves, Antoine Perez, Richard Overall, and written by Overall for Cartoon Network. The miniseries is a collection of clip shows framed around the various characters of the show, with each episode focusing on a different character. Darwin, an orange fish who is tasked with completing Elmore Junior High's yearbook, examines the clips throughout the series.[1] The series premiered on Cartoon Network on December 14, 2019, in the United States.[2]
Plot[edit]
Darwin Watterson tries to complete Elmore Junior High's yearbook by examining who he thinks should be on the front cover. As he goes through his options, his friends go over everything they have done throughout the show.[3]

Production[edit]
In 2019, The Amazing World of Gumball creator Ben Bocquelet announced that a six-episode special was being worked on. Additionally, Bocquelet would go on to say the sixth season of the show would be his last,[8] but would later state that he would be working on the six-episode special.[9]
Release[edit]
The series premiered on Cartoon Network on December 2, 2019, in the United Kingdom. That same week, the series aired on December 7 in France, and on December 14 in the United States.
