Daryn Pittman

 Daryn Pittman was born on August 29th, 1978 in Owasso, Oklahoma. Daryn Pittman hails from Owasso, Oklahoma, and now resides in Danville, IN. He is married to wife Mandy and has two kids, Taylor and Kady. He currently runs World of Outlaws with Kasey Kahne Racing in the #9 Ionomy backed car.

Early Career

He grew up racing and developed aspirations of becoming a professional race car driver very early on. Progressing at an accelerated pace through the ranks of Quarter Midgets, Micros, and later as a family-owner of a 360 with the American Sprint Car Series, Daryn got his first full time shot on the World of Outlaws tour in 1999. With the outlaws Pittman struggled at first but then found some good. 

World of Outlaws

For the 2018 season on the Craftsmen series of the WOO, Daryn is driving car #9 which has been sponsored by https://ionomy.com, there has been some podium finishes and great racing which has been live streamed via Dirtvision.com.

== Family Team ==
Daryn started his World of Outlaws career driving the #3 for his family team.He was sponsered by Winnabego Motorhomes. His first stats started in 2001 being the Gumout Series (WoO Development series) Champion! 2001 would be the last year for his family team after starting in 1999.

Titan Racing

He started with this team sponsered by Pepsi (local) and Hop and Sac Stores in 2002 and ran with them up until 2008. In 2002 he would win the KSE Hard charger award for the year as well as his first World of Outlaws win at Perris Auto Speedway. Throughout 2008 he would win 36 WoO races. Some of his big wins would be the 100,000 to win Historical Big One at Eldora Speedway. He had 2 Kele World Challenge wins and Gold Cup, Summer Nationals, and Kings Royal. 

Indy Race Parts Team

He ran that team in 2010 after struggling to find suit with a team. He took that team to a PA Keystone Cup Win. 

Lelands Racing

He ran with that team up until 2012 sponsered by Lelands.com. He won races such as the Summer Nationals and King of 360's at East Bay. 

Kasey Kahne Racing

In 2013, Daryn would sign with his breakout team starting of course in 2013 up until 2017. He was sponsered by Great Clips, Curb, ASE, Sage, Axalta. IN his first year with the team he led the points from start to finish of the season with 8 wins and a Championship. He had 45 top fives and 13 quick times. In 2014 through 2017 he won 30 races and was second, third, second and fourth in points. In 2018, without Great Clips or Sage, Ionomy would become the primary sponser on his KKR With Mike Curb Racing Team he has already won 3 races with back-to-back wins.
