Dave (David) Casey (born 20 September 2001 in Rockhampton) (nickname "Mudflap") is a circuit and 4WD racing driver from Australia. He currently competes in the V8 Superute Series for Sieders Racing sponsored by Bendix.[1] [2]
Dave started driving Winch Truck Challenges and other 4WD events[3] moving to circuit racing in the Stadium Super Trucks in 2022. [2] [4] [5] [6]
Dave drives an Isuzu Dmax built by Pace Innovations with the motor being a standardised LS3 built by Warspeed Industries
Dave owns and runs SWL Racing
Dave organises and runs the SWL 4x4 Zone at Rockynats each year [7], attracting over 60 of the wildest modified 4wd's in Australia to be on display at the massive car even easter each year in Central Queensland.
In September 2023, Dave appeared as a special guest on Rusty's Garage podcast with Greg Rust [1]
