David "James" Farina (born July 22, 1983) is an American Italian science educator and Debunker on YouTube under the name Professor Dave Explains. Farina is also a member the indie band The Lonely Wild.
Career
Farina received his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Carleton College in 2005.[1] In 2012, Farina joined the band The Lonely Wild.[2]
In 2015 Farina started a YouTube channel devoted to educational videos about chemistry, biochemistry, biology, physics and mathematics.[3]
