Playing and Coaching career
Schill attended Pewaukee High School in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. His father also attended Pewaukee and played basketball and football.
Schill played basketball at Carroll University from 1988–1992.
Personal life
Dave is married to his long-time high school and college girlfriend, Jodie, who played basketball too. Schill has two daughters and one son. His daughter MacKenzie plays soccer at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His other daughter, Lauren, plays soccer at Marquette.
