David Benjamin Deller (25 December 1899[1] – 8 July 1971[2]) was a senior British police officer.
After First World War service in the Royal Field Artillery, he joined the Metropolitan Police and was a Chief Inspector living in Wembley by the time of the 1939 Register.[1] He had risen to Superintendent by the time he was made an MBE in 1948.[3] His final post was as Commander, No. 3 District, before retiring in 1956.[3] Also in 1956 he was made an Officer (Brother) of the Order of Saint John.[4]
