Career
2015-2022 Diplomat. David Celestin joined the Haitian diplomatic service by competitive examination in December 2015 and was transferred in 2020 to the Haitian Embassy in the United States, as First Secretary, where he was promised Counselor in 2021 before being recalled in 2022. 2018-2020
Lecturer in Political Analysis and Lecturer in Negotiation Techniques. Training in Indo-International Affairs (The Indian Foreign Service Institute). Training in Romano-European Relations (The Romanian Diplomatic Institute).
