David Chamberlin
David Chamberlin, also known as Dave Chamberlin, is an Emmy Award-winning executive producer for television and film and EVP of Full Day Productions[1][2] based in New York City. He has an extensive record of producing and showrunning live events and award shows like the ESPY Awards[3], The Oscars Red Carpet Show[4], and NFL Honors[5]. Chamberlin has also produced documentaries and series on subjects from Serena Williams[6] to Rick Rubin.
Chamberlin's producing credits include The Savage x Fenty Show[7], Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade[8], and Jedi Temple Challenge[9], a collaboration with Lucasfilm in their first push into competition formats. His documentary credits include The Innocence Files[4] on Netflix, multiple 30 for 30s[10], and Being Serena[11] for HBO.
Chamberlin started his career as a production assistant in New York on films and series like A Beautiful Mind[12] and The Sopranos.[13] He then pivoted to sports production, working on television shows like Monday Night Football[14], the Olympics, and the Super Bowl[15] before joining Maggievision Productions[16] in 2007. After a ten-year run at Maggievision producing documentaries, commercials, and live event shows, Chamberlin joined IMG to help oversee a vast production and development slate including FOX's New Year's Eve Live with Steve Harvey[17][2][18], Miss Universe[19], and the GLAAD Media Awards[20] as well as series like One Day Disney, UFC: Destined, and This Is Football[21].
He is currently the executive producer for Netflix's first ever live sports event, The Netflix Cup[22]. Chamberlin is also set to be an executive for the 96th Oscar Awards[23].
Education and Personal Life
Chamberlin holds a degree with honors from University of Notre Dame.[24] He grew up in Indianapolis before relocating to New York City. He lives in New Jersey and is married with four children.
