David Lock (born May 10, 1999) is a British DJ and record producer. He attracted a following in 2016 when he began posting songs on the music-streaming application Spotify. The following year, he caught the attention of Mert Telli & Island Records A&R, which led to him signing a deal with the record label.[1]
Lock went on to release DJ Dave's Raves in July 2014 and his debut studio album 18 (2017), whose single "Attention" reached the top 100 in the UK electronic charts.

Lock was born in Enfield, London and attends Sir George Monoux College[2] in Walthamstow. [3]

2016: DJ Dave's Raves[edit]
David Lock released his first single on the 7th June 2016, titled DJ Dave’s Raves.[4]
2017: 18[edit]
David Lock released his first album in 2017, titled 18.[5] This was to symbolise him turning 18 and consisted of 4 tracks. These were titled: Attention, Closer, Believe and Running.
