David Newbould

David Newbould is a musician based in Nashville, Tennessee.[1] His music is described as an “appreciable mix of country, folk and roots rock”.[2] His songs have appeared on 5 albums by Dan Baird (formerly of The Georgia Satellites) and Dan Baird & Homemade Sin.[3] He has worked with the likes of Cindy Cashdollar, Redd Volkaert, Jon Dee Graham, Dan Dugmore, Brad Pemberton, and Julie Christensen.

Released Oct. 18, 2019 via Rock Ridge Music, his album, Sin & Redemption, was heralded as “If not the album of 2019, then certainly in the top 10”, by Australian Rock Review.[4] His songs have been featured in 7th Heaven[5], Dawson's Creek[6], and several other TV shows. He was born in Toronto, Canada, but has lived in the United States for much of his adult life.
