David Ting

David Ting is the former head of the office of the European Commission in Hong Kong and Macau.[1] He holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Paris in 1974 where he later served as an assistant professor teaching Constitutional and International public law from October 1969 until August 1975. He started in the European Commission on 1st of September 1975 in Brussels. David Ting was head of the office from April 2000 until September 2004.
