David Ting
David Ting is the former head of the office of the European Commission in Hong Kong and Macau.[1] He holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Paris in 1974[citation needed] where he later served as an assistant professor teaching Constitutional and International public law from October 1969 until August 1975.[citation needed] He started in the European Commission on 1st of September 1975 in Brussels. David Ting was head of the office from April 2000 until September 2004.[citation needed]
