Born and Raised in Nashville, Dave attended St. Henry Middle School, Pope John Paul II High School, & Tennessee Tech University where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration – Finance.

Born and raised in an environment where societal norms and pressures dictated one's future, David W. Hill never knew what he wanted to become. He followed the conventional route by excelling in academics, sports, and earning a degree in Business-Finance. Financial advising was a logical career choice as it combined his passion for helping people with his proficiency in Math.

However, the corporate world of financial advising was not without its challenges, with many predatory companies seeking to exploit aspiring and driven individuals. After nearly a decade in the field, David realized that many large firms have hidden sales quotas that prioritize the firm's interests over those of their clients. This realization led David to establish Thomas Wilson & Co., a financial advisory firm with no sales quotas and organic growth, allowing clients to have complete discretion over their finances.

A life-altering setback led David to explore new avenues and eventually shift to a career in the blue-collar world of being an electrician. He found peace in finally being able to just be human and not a sales robot. David combined his skills and passions to start Invictus Electric, where he now helps people realize their dreams by offering electrical services.

David's journey is a testament to his resilience and determination to pursue his true calling despite societal pressures and norms.
