Daweda Exchange is a binary options exchange based in Cyprus, providing online trading services to retail customers. The company was founded in 2015 and provides trading in short term contracts across a range of financial base assets. Contracts are short term over-the-counter derivatives whose terms are set between two retail clients (counter parties). On Daweda Exchange the matching of contracts between clients is done through means of an electronic order book thus eliminates the need of a broker to act as a counter party to the trade.[1][2] Daweda also offers an automated trading system (ATS) that creates orders in contracts and automatically submits them to the exchange.[3] Daweda's main operations are based in Cyprus, and Daweda is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC)[4] license number 289/16.
