Dean Reid (born December 29, 1980) is a producer, writer, mixer, and multi-instrumentalist residing in Los Angeles. He began his career engineering for songwriter Rick Nowels, frequent collaborator, before moving on to producing and mixing in the early '10s.[1][2]
Early life and education[edit]
Reid is a native of San Diego,[3] born to James Reid and Ryoko Reid. He attended CalArts.
Career[edit]
Reid is a frequent collaborator of songwriter Rick Nowels. He has worked with many American and British artists,[4] and is best known for Lana Del Rey's major studio albums, the debut Born to Die, Lust for Life, and Norman Fucking Rockwell.[5]
